What is the confidentiality policy?
You are not required to give any personal information when using the www.tresorparis.com website. As of 00.01 am on 1st August 2013, Tresor Paris will offer a FREE 2-3 day delivery service to our customers with a minimum order value of £49.00 and over. Our free delivery service may take 2-3 working days, upon receiving cleared payment of the order, unless an item is out of stock.
For all orders under £49.00 there will be a charge of £4.00 for a 2-3 working day delivery service, upon receiving cleared payment of the order, unless an item is out of stock.
If you wish your item to be delivered the next working day please use Royal Mail special next day delivery, there will be a £7.00 charge for UK Mainlands only. (Orders must be confirmed by 3pm to be posted on the Special Next day delivery service. Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.) All orders are subject to the item being in stock.
Rest of the World customers order are delivered using "Royal Mail International Signed For delivery" at £15.00 per order.
If an item is not in stock or in the case of a special order, we normally have an average delivery lead time of 3 – 6 weeks. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods and/or the supplies of services are approximate only, and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or supply however caused. Delivery dates might change if, in case the order is placed during the weekends, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, natural calamities, adverse bad weather conditions and any circumstances beyond our control.

What is the pricing policy?
The prices mentioned on www.tresorparis.com are valid only for the website and are not, on any account, to be considered as the prices applied in our boutiques.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery point as well as on the order’s total weight and volume. We will indicate the exact delivery costs for each of your orders once we have the delivery address and the desired means of transport.
Is it possible to have something gift wrapped?
When validating your order, you can choose to have your purchase gift wrapped. Your purchases will then be delivered wrapped in gift paper and a Tresor Paris gift bag.
How do I return or exchange an item ordered through the www.tresorparis.com website?
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, or if an item has been received faulty, you must report it immediately to our online customer service team on 020 3355 4031 or email email@example.com. Please note that only within 7 days of receiving your ordered goods may you opt for a refund. Please ensure the returned item is sent securely in its original packaging. We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance (see below for details of the return address). The latter is essential as should the parcel go missing, this method of delivery allows it to be tracked. It may further help us if you attach a note simply stating the reason for the refund or exchange. Only at Tresor Paris’ discretion would ‘special orders’ be accepted for returns and refund.
If unfortunately your item(s) has become faulty since its purchase which has not been caused by accidental damage, then under the 1 year warranty you are entitled to a replacement or a different item of the same value. Simply call 020 3355 4031 to speak to one of our customer service agents or email firstname.lastname@example.org (Please quote your order number when contacting us). In this case the item should be returned using the same procedure as described above. Once the item has been received at our Head Office (at the address below) one of our customer service agents will verify the item and if it is defective/faulty they will proceed with the exchange and send you a replacement.
IMPORTANT: When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless defective or faulty.
Please note, items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded.

What type of guarantee is offered for Tresor Paris jewellery?
Following verification of the item’s condition and the validity of the warranty, the piece is left in the jewellers / boutique where it was purchased in return for a receipt. The jewellers / boutique shall indicate the estimated date of repair, return or exchange. Please note each stockist will have their own return policy.
Following lapse of the warranty, Tresor Paris offers a repair service whose pricing policy is available upon request in Tresor Paris boutiques or on the www.tresorparis.com website.
How much does the repair work cost?
The following is only a guideline, an exact price for repair will be provided at the boutique when the item has been inspected for repair, and an estimated time frame will also be given for the completion of repair.
Where shall I take/send my Tresor Paris jewellery for repair?
If your item was purchased from an authorised stockist, please return your item to the place of purchase with your valid receipt. If your item was purchased from our website please call 020 3355 4031 and quote your order number. A Customer Service Agent can then send by email /post an approved returns form.
How do you look for a particular item?
There are several ways to search for an item: by type of product, by colour or by collection. Just type your search in the “search” field located in the upper right menu and click “ok”.
Caring for your jewellery
Jewellery / Crystal are delicate and should not be subjected to abrasion or chemicals.

How can I earn Tresor Paris Reward Points Online?
From the 4th October 2012 at 10am, we will be issuing rewards points for registered users on purchases made from this website. When you register your details on our site you will receive 100 reward points. If you write a review for a product you will receive 50 reward points. When you sign up to our newsletter you will receive 30 reward points.
Registered customers will receive reward points on all purchases made from our website. We will reward 10 points for every £1.00 pound spent. So for example - if you purchase a bracelet for £149.00, you will earn 1490 points. You will be able to send points to your friends and you can invite your friends to join and collect their own rewards points. There will sometimes be extra points on selected items. You will also receive points on your postage if you select the £7.00 Special Next day delivery option.
To spend your points you will need to login to your account. In the shopping cart page there will be an option ‘USE NUMBER OF POINTS’ please enter your reward points here. All points will only be converted in to GBP. When you spend your reward points every 100 points will give you £1.00 to spend. So if you have 1490 reward points to spend, this would equate to £14.90.
If your item is refunded the reward points will be deducted from your total of reward points. When you use your points against an item you will only receive points on the difference between the cost of the items minus the points used.
All points are rewarded under a fair use policy. Creating different email addresses and sending the points to one nominate account will not be tolerated. If we feel that the points are being used fraudulently we will remove all points. All points are rewarded by Tresor Paris and we reserve the right to withdraw any accumulated points if we feel there is an unfair/misuse of our rewards system. Tresor Paris reserves the right to close any account without any notice or reason. The reward point’s value is in pounds sterling and no other currency. Tresor Paris reward points have no cash value and can only be used in conjunction with online purchases on the www.tresorparis.com & www.tresorparis.co.uk websites only.
Tresor Paris ISL Watches
Your Tresor Paris ISL watch comes with a three year warranty. When your watch is delivered it will come with a completed and dated warranty card. Please keep this card safe.
If you have purchased your watch from an authorised stockist you will need to also keep your receipt and return it to the place of purchase if you have any cause to return your watch. If you purchased your watch from our website www.tresorparis.com or www.tresorparis.co.uk and need to contact us the warranty card will have all the information we need to locate your order and assist you. The Tresor Paris warranty is free of charge and only covers damage that is not caused by accidents, improper/inappropriate use and wear and tear. The degree of damage will be solely judged by Tresor Paris and their agent. Depending on the degree of damage, feasibility and availability of relacement part: it will either be replaced or repaired. The replacement part may not be precisely like the item lost or damaged, particularly when using natural materials.
