General Wholesale Assistant

Based in the centre of Hatton Garden Tresor Paris the luxury jewellery brand is looking for someone to play a key role as one of our Wholesale Assistants.

Who we're looking for:
General Wholesale Assistant

Location:
You will be based at our Head Office, Hatton Garden


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Power-point and excel
  • Willingness and ability to adapt positively to changes in the work environment and assume new responsibilities as they arise 
  • Expert diary skills
  • Naturally proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi task and manage your own time efficiently and effectively
  • General office administration including general Customer Service care
  • Processing orders, invoice and payment processing.
  • Packing orders ready for delivery
  • To assist as and where required

 

Starting salary - £19,000
